Cleveland Clinic

Dad has received the gift of new life.  Amazing! Too many thoughts for me to put down right now but I wanted to share a few pictures Marc had on his phone.
The girls playing outside the clinic. All the kids did amazingly well being away from home and out of routine for a few weeks.
Dad pre-surgery with his oldest two granddaughters. They love their Gheedad!
Rooftop pavilion. Our family spent hours on CC's rooftop.
This is a picture right before Dad went into surgery. What a blessing we could be there with him before he went in.

This is an elk sculpture that I saw in Goshen when we were there for a day with the girls getting over colds before heading back to CC. Patience, relax, pray, laugh, save, give, are a few of the words that are on this elk. Notice they are in hearts!! And, the biggest word, patience. We sure did need that as Dad awaited a transplant.

Every time I see the picture of all of you guys gathered around your dad just before surgery it makes my cry. Not just tear up. Actually cry. It is all so amazing!!!
